PRE-REGISTRATION & SOCIAL DISTANCING

Pre-registration is required for all yoga classes to ensure at least three feet of social distancing.  Pre-registration closes two hours before class, and a minimum of three students is required for class to be held.

FACE MASKS

As of July 2022, in response to decreasing Covid levels in our community (the CDC has placed Essex County in the lowest risk level), mask-wearing is optional during class but is encouraged while entering, exiting and moving about the studio.

 

PROPS

Please bring your own props if you have them.  Mats and props are provided at the studio and should be sanitized after use with the sanitizing products provided.

STUDIO MEASURES

Entry and exit at the studio is via the back door which is located via the alleyway along the right side of the building.  Weather permitting, windows and the screen door will remain open during class to help circulate fresh air, and a quiet floor fan will circulate fresh air in from the outside.
