Please prepare to participate in this retreat with Ashley Leone, April 28-30th, 2023, at the Stage Neck Inn in York, Maine by reading the following information carefully and checking the Terms & Conditions box at the bottom of the page to acknowledge you agree.
Release of Liability

I understand that yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress reduction and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. I assume full responsibility for any and all injuries and damages that I may incur through participation.

Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. Yoga is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions. By signing, I affirm that a licensed physician has verified my good health and physical condition to participate in such a fitness program.
I will make Ashley aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before the retreat. I agree I will not participate in this retreat if I have flu-like symptoms and/or a fever or I have been diagnosed with COVID-19 within 14 days of the retreat or I have been in close proximity with a person with COVID-19 within the past 14 days of the retreat. If I am pregnant, become pregnant or I am post-natal or post-surgical, my checkbox verifies that I have my physician’s approval to participate.
I understand that airborne viruses may be present at The Stage Neck Inn, and I agree that I will not hold Ride the Wave Yoga LLC liable for any illnesses that may be contracted during the retreat and being in near proximity with others.
I affirm that my participation in yoga is at my own risk, and I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I may have had, now have, or may have hereafter against Ride the Wave Yoga LLC. I also affirm that I am solely responsible for the security of my own belongings while on the retreat.
I have read fully and understand and agree to the above terms of this Waiver and Release. I am checking the box voluntarily and recognize that this serves as a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law in the States of Massachusetts and Maine.

Cancellation Policy
​
Reservations cancelled between February 27th and April 14th will forfeit a $275 deposit. Reservations cancelled on or after April 15th are non-refundable unless your spot can be resold.
